Mouth watering roasted pork chops with veggies roasted in an orange, honey, garlic, onion seasoning sauce 🥕🧅🧄🥩🥔🥒🍊🍯

Slow roast these pork chops and veggies in a delicious sauce made of orange, honey, onion, garlic and seasonings for the best mouth-watering tender pork chops.

The sauce is quick and easy to make and is also delicious on chicken or fish. 😋👩‍🍳

If marinating ahead of time make sure the sauce is cooled to at least room temperature before you pour over your meat. Store in the refrigerator or freezer. Refrigerator- two or three days. Freezer- 6 months.

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cup water
  2. 1 Orange or 1/2 cup of juice
  3. 2 tablespoons butter
  4. 1/2 small minced onion
  5. 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  6. 1 tablespoon honey
  7. One tablespoon brown sugar

How to make

Bring all ingredients to boil. Continually stirring. Cover and simmer for 1 minute. Use immediately or store in refrigerator or freezer as mentioned above.
